Janet is the founder of Twenty Four Seven and as a former nurse, midwife and matron of a nursing home she is aware of the needs of both clients and temporary workers. She, along with Vikki, is responsible for the day to day running of the business and meeting of all contractual obligations. Janet conducts all interviews and appraisals herself.
