Janet is the founder of Twenty Four Seven and as a former nurse, midwife and matron of a nursing home she is aware of the needs of both clients and temporary workers. She, along with Vikki, is responsible for the day to day running of the business and meeting of all contractual obligations. Janet conducts all interviews and appraisals herself.

General Manager

Vikki joined Janet in 2002 from a well-known recruitment agency. She is responsible for the day to day running of the office. She ensures all contractual obligations are met and that we fulfil the requirements needed to maintain our PASA, Investors in People and ISO 9001 accreditations.

Tracy Stoneman

Tracy takes requests from the NHS for staff within a number of hospitals and ensures that she fills the vacancies with appropriately qualified and experienced temporary workers. Wherever possible she places staff with the same clients in order to give continuity to both the client and the worker.

After 15 years in Scottish banking no one is better qualified to ensure that everything is correct. Mary's foolproof systems check timesheets are authorised, rates correct and invoiced accordingly prior to the weekly payroll and invoicing process.

Gemma deals with Private Hospitals, Nursing and Residential Homes meeting their requirements with qualified temporary staff. Gemma strives to deploy the same personnel for repeat assignments establishing and maintaining continuity for all concerned.

Inez is dedicated to meeting the needs of the NHS requiring qualified staff across the district. She ensures that, where possible, the same personnel are assigned.

Jessica makes sure all staff are up to date with their training, enhanced 12 monthly CRB checks, annual references, work history, appraisals and immunisations.

Janet is responsible for placing workers with service users who live at home and require night sitting service. She ensures that wherever possible all service users have the same temporary workers each time bringing continuity and building confidence between the two.

Debbie oversees the whole recruitment process. She is responsible for ensuring that we receive references, an enhanced CRB check, immunisation reports and for ensuring that all candidates have been interviewed and completed their induction training before they are allowed to undertake assignments.

Nicola works hard to ensure total staff compliance to the very last detail. Annual checks ensure that we maintain our place on the NHS framework.

Hayley is responsible for assisting Mary with paperwork verification, salaries, deductions, holiday pay and invoicing.
