If you would like to work in the NHS sector we require a few extra documents from you than we would usually need if you were to only work in the private sector. Do not worry if you have not got all or any of the documents listed below... Twenty Four Seven will help you all the way!
- Employment History (on the application form)
- Enhanced CRB disclosure
- Induction training - to be completed after your interview
- Passport
- Right to work in the UK/visa
- NMC certificate/Pin number if qualified
- Completed Occupational Health Questionnaire
- Immunisations - details of what we require will be discussed at your interview, however click on immunisations for further details
- Any Qualification certificates gained (if different from NMC) i.e NVQ 2
- Copy of any previous training certificates
- Driving license (if you intend to drive to any shifts)
- 2 x passport photographs - your ID badge now needs renewing on an annual basis. 1 photograph will be used for this and one will be held on file.
