If you would like to work in the private sector please see a list of documents which we would require from you. You can send these back with your completed application form or bring them to your interview.
- Employment History (on the application form)
- Enhanced CRB disclosure (in your application pack)
- Induction training - to be completed after your interview
- Passport
- Right to work in the UK/visa
- NMC certificate/Pin number if qualified
- Any Qualification certificates gained (if different from NMC) i.e NVQ 2
- Copy of any previous training certificates
- Driving license (if you intend to drive to any shifts)
- 2 x passport photographs - one for your ID badge and one will be held on file.
